Everything about PostExpress Nordic AB — about us, import rules and how to reach us.
Your EU delivery address — owned and run from the Nordics, with a warehouse in the EU.
PostExpress Nordic AB gives Norwegians a complete, customized EU delivery address. While the EU single market shops domestically — without borders, without card issues — Norway sits outside. We close that gap: you get a real EU address, we receive your parcels and mail, consolidate them and forward them to Norway at cost.
PostExpress Nordic AB was founded in 2021 by a team with a background in Nordic e-commerce logistics. Our warehouse in Strömstad, a short hop from the Norwegian border, gives Norwegian customers a real EU address without the cross-border markup.

What you need to know when importing from the EU to Norway.
Norwegian VAT is charged on the value of the goods plus shipping. For most goods the rate is 25%.
Many goods are toll-free, but food and some other categories carry duty. The carrier invoices VAT and toll on delivery.
Consignments under 300 NOK incl. shipping are toll- and VAT-free (exceptions: food, drinks and tobacco, limit 350 NOK for those).
Webshops registered in the VOEC scheme collect VAT at checkout. Purchases forwarded via us are not VOEC purchases — you pay VAT on import instead.
This is general information, not legal advice. Rules change — always check the Norwegian Customs (Tollvesenet) website for the current rules.
Real people answer — usually the same day.
Registration opens here as soon as our customer portal is live. Until then: email us and you will have your EU address the same day.
The form opens your email app with the message pre-filled — no account needed.
