Frequently Asked Questions

On what kind of site can you order for me?

Any EU-based site — including online marketplaces and classifieds — as long as the goods can be legally exported and imported to Norway. If in doubt, contact us.

What if I need 10 products from the same site, or 5+5 from two sites?

One order with 10 items in the same cart is billed as one proxy order: NOK 149. Two separate orders (5+5) are billed as two: NOK 149 each.

I need you to order a physical product and send it to Norway. What does it cost?

We purchase your product for NOK 149 and forward it for NOK 149, plus shipping at cost. See the calculator for the shipping part.

When do I pay?

A first payment covers the funds to order your product, and a second covers the forwarding to Norway.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay via Stripe, plus Vipps. Prices are shown in NOK; payments in EUR are converted at the daily rate.
